MOROCCAN & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Prior to purchasing online, please take into account:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, excluding cases in which products are confirmed to be faulty by our team.

Due to current restrictions, return costs for international customers are higher than average. Please take this into account prior to purchasing online.

To refund or receive store credit, please follow this link to process your request.

PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT provide return labels. Once your return has been processed through this link you will be given our warehouse address to ship the return.

Strictly no dropping off returns in our warehouse. All returns must be completed through our online returns portal. Unauthorised items that are dropped off at our warehouse will not be accepted for a refund.

We accept returns with proof of purchase on items within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.

Please Note: For hygiene purposes; Marmello underwear, bodysuits and swimwear are non-refundable.

For items to be accepted upon return, they must meet the following refund guidelines:

  1. Must not be a sale item
  2. Must be in original condition
  3. Must have all tags intact
  4. Must not be damaged from being worn, or show signs of wear
  5. Must not be washed or altered
  6. Must be free of washing powder, body odour, perfumes and deodorant
  7. Must be free of make-up stains, tan marks, glitter and pet hair

If the items returned to us DO NOT meet our requirements, we have the right to reject your return request and you WILL NOT be issued a refund. From there you will be given the option for the garment to be shipped back to you, with shipping cost at your expense.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received a faulty item, please contact the MARMELLO team within 48 hours of receiving the item. When contacting MARMELLO regarding faulty items, please provide images of the fault.

MARMELLO prides itself on the quality of the garments we sell. We ensure each item is checked before being sent out.

CUSTOMS IMPORT DUTY & TAXES

MARMELLO is not liable for any custom clearance fees or delays a customer may experience due to customs.

Custom costs are determined by your local customs office and is out of our control. Custom fees and import taxes and payable by the customer. If you are unsure of the costs you may incur when your parcel arrives in your country, be sure to contact your local customs office. We are unable to give any cost estimations.

If a customer chooses to reject a parcel due to custom fees, the customer will be liable to pay any returned shipping costs. This means the fee will be deducted off your refund.

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed and up to an additional 5 days for the funds to reach your account depending on your payment method.
