We take pride on our fast shipping within Morocco and on international orders. Please find below our shipping times and rates for Moroccan and international customers. Please note that all orders are final and cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and the final tracking has been generated.SHIPPING WITHIN MOROCCO
In stock orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. For shipping within Morocco, all orders are shipped via Amana messagerie nationale.Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. For metro areas, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to arrive from date of shipment. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for regional areas. Please note, if you are not home to receive your order, or have not organised an alternative way to collect your package and it is returned back to us, we will notify you via email. If you wish to have your package re-sent, shipping costs will be payable by customer.

39 MAD express shipping on any order or free shipping on orders over 1000 MAD.Please note, MARMELLO is not liable for lost parcels, or shipping delays. All Moroccan parcels are sent with reputable shipping couriers. If you have inquiries on a missing parcel, or your parcel has been delayed, please contact the shipping company we used to ship your parcel and provide them with your tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
In stock orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. All international orders are shipped via FedEx for 40$.Please note that DHL does not ship to PO Boxes.
